Recently a friend of mine, a former stepmother, was blogging about how she was rehabilitating her stepson. It made me laugh to read about all the things she was doing to help get him back. I’m sure you’ll agree, moms are in no way limited to their emotions when it comes to getting their stepchildren back.
For instance my friend is a very understanding and caring person. That’s why she went into her ex-stepmother’s house and retrieved the “custody papers” so she could visit him. And stepmothers should never, under any circumstances, attempt to force their stepchildren to go back to them by threatening or abusing them.
It is totally unacceptable for anyone to threaten their stepchildren in any way shape or form, let alone physically abuse them. It is also totally wrong for the stepmoms to be trying to get their stepson to go back to them by making him scared and miserable. A child doesn’t deserve that. I think this whole thing is a huge travesty, not only for Milford but for all stepmothers everywhere. Please consider all this. order to prevent your stepmoms from contacting or staying in your home. You can also call all the houses she lives at and tell them that you won’t let her stay because she is abusing your children. Hopefully this will work and your stepmother will get help soon.
