Giving My Stepdad A Treat Before My Mom Comes Back – OutOfTheFamily.Before I had my child, my husband and I used to give my stepfather a special treat before he came back from his long days at work. I would bring his favorite dinner to his apartment, and as soon as he walked in the door, I would put his favorite dessert on his plate. It was so much fun watching him chow down on his food and enjoy his company over his amazing dinner. This worked so well that we did it often when we came home from work!
