Stepmom makes son do what he saw.Shortly thereafter the mother returns to the room to find the sleeping boys curled up on the bed together. Mom and daughter discuss what to do about this situation and they decide to reward the boys for being good friends. They haul the sleeping boys off to the next room and tell them that sleeping together is against the law. The girls are delighted when they find out that their mother was right. Their new friend goes off to college with his soon to be brother and the family is reunited.
